You can drag out a guides from the rulers (Control + R) then just line your cursor up with that.

This is what I have been doing. But I always end up in something like 101,99 or 99.5, 100.5

I need a steadier hand I guess Smile

Hold SHIFT while you drag dude, it snaps in increments of 5 pixels. Or, you can add a guide from the drop down menus and manually type in the distance. Holding SHIFT is the easiest option though.

Did this tutorial, but since I'm trying to learn how to create Flash GUIs, I decided to build it using Flash instead of Photoshop.  Now, everything is vectors and zero bitmaps.  You can scale it to whatever size you want.
