You got me ! , i really like it because I'm a huge fan of this style, I want to start a warcraft interface  myself, but I don't have any time now because of my exams  .
I have seen a tutorials a long time ago on how to make the border you did, the one you can see in the first bottom picture, and I was going to make a new thread and post a picture with it so people know what I'm talking about now I no longer need   to do that  . Btw if anyone knows where can I find that tutorial please help  or maybe Sjones243 you can help me with this 
Oh yeah I forgot to say i like the leafs too !

i painted it with a with of 320 first. got in the basic shape and color then added detia with brushes. then shrinked it down to add the final touches and the spikes.

I searched for the tut but i think the home site is offline.  I can remember the texture and the outcome...I tried different keywords when searching but I'm out of luck, if anybody can help me    maybe a psd with the outcome of the tut so I can learn how to make the same effect. Thanks in advance

Excellently done, i like the sharpness in everything and the soft use of colors. I wish the entire internet would be colored like that.
